UK Delivery Service

• Standard and next day deliveries are made during Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and are not made on weekends.
• Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day.
• Standard UK delivery charges exclude Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For delivery to these areas please call our office on 01638 712 522.

 

• Premium Delivery Services are only available on orders that are placed and received by 12pm.

Premium Delivery Services

• We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas such as, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Out of Stock Items

• Customers will be notified if their order or part of their order is out of stock by way of web-update and email.
• Orders will only be dispatched when the order is complete unless otherwise requested and agreed.
• It is the customers responsibility to check the progress of there order through the website or by calling 01638 712 522.

Non Stocked Items

• Equipment and Machines are normally sent direct from manufacturer and therefore delivery times will vary - please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of all these items.
